CBT is a widely used, evidence-based form of psychotherapy that focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. By identifying and changing unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, you can improve emotional well-being.

At the core of every person is the Self — a calm, compassionate, confident inner leader. IFS aims to help people heal wounded parts and restore the Self as the leader of their internal system. IFS helps people heal by accessing their core Self and working compassionately with their inner parts, creating internal balance and emotional resilience.

Psychodynamic therapy is a form of depth-oriented talk therapy that explores how unconscious thoughts, past experiences, and relationships influence current behavior and emotions. Present struggles are rooted in unresolved unconscious conflicts from early life experiences, especially those involving attachment and relationships.

I help people with anxiety by guiding them to gently unblend from their anxious parts and connect with them  from a place of Self — calm, curious, and compassionate. Through this relationship, anxious parts can be heard, understood, and eventually released from their extreme protective roles.

I help people with burnout by identifying the overworked parts (like the inner pusher or perfectionist) and inviting you to share your fears and burdens. From a grounded place of Self, support these parts in trusting that rest and balance are possible — and often, help you reconnect with the vulnerable exiles they’re working so hard to protect.

I help people with depression by gently connecting with the parts that feel heavy, numb, or hopeless, recognizing them as protectors or exiles carrying deep burdens. From a place of Self, offer these parts compassion and curiosity, allowing them to share their stories and begin to unburden.
